The Megalit project was a megafun one. It spawned from a relationship with an old (no pun intended) coworker, Dan, who re-found his love for fitness and decided to bring a new style and method to Miami, with his energetic, caring, and genuinely authentic business partner, Sean.
As it bathes in the humid heat, Miami is a mecca for beauty, health, and fitness, so bringing another fitness studio wasn't going to be a struggle, as Dan and Sean saw it. However, a market analysis suggested otherwise. Among dozens of booty boot camps, group fitness classes, yoga, pilates, spinning, running groups, and countless traditional gyms, there were 3 studios offering the Lagree Fitness Method...and one of them was going out of business (the one Sean was leaving). This was not going to be easy.
As a fitness enthusiast and competitor, I had one idea that made sense: be bold (mega) and bring the energy (get lit).
